J. P. Moreland

James Porter Moreland (s. 1948), paremmin tunnettu nimellä J. P. Moreland, on yhdysvaltalainen filosofi, teologi ja kristitty apologeetta. Hän toimii parhaillaan filosofian professorina Talbotin teologisessa seminaarissa Biolan yliopistossa Kaliforniassa.

Elämäkerta

Moreland tunnetaan parhaiten tutkimuksistaan filosofisen apologian alueella, materialismin ja naturalismin kritiikistään ja kristillisen teismin puolustamisesta. Hän on julkaissut teoksia mielen filosofian, toimintateorian, tieteenfilosofian etiikan, teologian metafysiikan ja uskonnonfilosofian aloilta.
